II.- INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

The Provider is the owner, or holds, where appropriate, the rights to use and display the content inserted in the Website, whether trademarks, trade names, graphic, written, audiovisual or any other type, also including the source code and design of the Website itself.
